Middle School Fall Skills

Get the stick back in your hands and continue your development with our high rep, high volume, training program.  Designed for ATTACK and MIDFIELD play, we will begin every session with a quick stick work routine and then build into shooting and dodges of all types and forms.  Program geared toward experienced players.
