Lightning Lacrosse League

Introducing our Lightning Lacrosse League.  A great combination of skill and concept instruction along with with pace, high rep game play.  Each session will start with 20 minutes of instruction and end with a 35 minute 3v2/3v3/4v4 game that will be played with constraints as to enhance and encourage that days specific skill or concept.
